Challenges in Doing Business in Africa

Africa is now the newest attraction when it comes to business. They are the most sought-after business place after the potential countries sink due to global recession. If only politics is balanced, then it would be they key to win economic advantage. However, this problem has been raised to a battle by the Africans, a part of the reason why Africa is on a transformation.

Marketing and communication is another poor feature of an African business. Obviously, possible communication channels are outdated. Therefore, it is hard to get the specific target's attention. Most media channels are controlled by state corporation. Yellow pages are present but they are full of misinformation and inaccuracies. Nevertheless, this problem has been slightly improved, through the help of other private media channels.

The region is also lack of skilled workers. Most of its people lived their life as slaves. But this is something that is very easy to address. Companies entering Africa wants to make sure that their workers are par with the technology that they use, and so, they conduct training and seminars for them.
